  • KI NO BI / 30ml
  • Tonic water / 100ml

Combine both ingredients in a highball glass and stir.

Tonic water heightens the aromas of Yuzu and Sansho.

Pour the ingredients into the flute glass filled with crushed ice and stir.

Add Yuzu peel as a garnish (if in season).
