  • KI NO BI / 60ml
  • Vermouth / 1 tsp

Pour the ingredients into ice-filled mixing glass and stir carefully.

Serve in a chilled cocktail glass and add garnish depending on preference.

A dry martini full of Yuzu and Sansho aromas.
We recommend to serve without olives, highlighting the flavours in KI NO BI.

Add Japanese sake to taste.
