The Kyoto Distillery are proud to partner with Champagne Henri Giraud in this ground-breaking collaboration, a collaboration that came about after 12th generation owner Claude Giraud’s visit to The Kyoto Distillery.
Possibly a world’s first, KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin has been aged in oak barriques sourced from the Champagne region’s Argonne Forest and previously used to mature Henri Giraud’s finest Champagnes.
Regularly monitored by our distillery team, the gin has been carefully matured to the point where fruitiness and vanilla oaky influence are in perfect harmony with the original botanical blend. We recommend drinking as a highball or French 75.
