『季能美28th Edition』は軽井沢シングルモルトウイスキーの熟成に使用した2種のシェリー樽で貯蔵後、それらを絶妙なバランスでブレンドしており、アルコール度数は48％で季能美シリーズでは初となる季の美ハウスの井戸水を仕込み水として使用しています。

味わいは濃厚で華やかなオーク樽の香りとナッツ、カラメル、シナモンやリコリスを彷彿とさせる味わいの後に、甘いドライフルーツの香りと苦みが長い余韻を残します。

『季の美 ハウスジン』は通常の「季の美 京都ドライジン」で使用している11種のボタニカルと、6つのエレメントをもとにブレンドされており、通常は季の美ハウスのみで販売されている限定商品です。こちらの商品も季の美ハウスの井戸水を仕込み水として使用しており、「季の美 京都ドライジン」よりほのかに柔らかな口当たりが好評です。

This product is a drink comparison set containing the latest bottles of the KI NOH BI series, and you can enjoy three products with different tastes.

「KI NOH BI 28th Edition」 is stored in two types of sherry barrels used for maturing Karuizawa single malt whisky, and blended with exquisite balance. Also, for the first time in the KI NOH BI series, we used well water from KINOBI House. Abv:48%

The taste is rich and gorgeous, with aromas of oak barrels and flavors reminiscent of nuts, caramel, cinnamon and licorice, followed by sweet dried fruit aromas and a long bitterness.

To commemorate the release, an event was held at Genhoin in Kyoto on February 23, 2024, and a limited edition label was presented to 24 people who attended the event.

「House Gin」 is a blend of 11 botanicals and 6 elements that are normally used in 「KINOBI Kyoto Dry Gin」, and is normally sold exclusively at KINOBI House.

This product also uses well water from KINOBI House as the brewing water, and is popular for its slightly softer taste than 「KINOBI Kyoto Dry Gin」.

Please enjoy the difference in aroma and taste between 「KI NOH BI 28th Edition」 and 「KINOBI House Gin」, both of which are based on 「KINOBI Kyoto Dry Gin」.
